FAQ

How do I login?

You can log in by either pressing the link in the e-mail you have received if you're a delegate or by copying the 'Authentication Key' from that e-ail into THIS PAGE and doing the captcha

How does the e-mail login work?

The e-mail provides you with a link that allows you to automatically log in whenever you need to. Clicking it will automatically recognise and authenticate you.

How does the manual login work?

To log in manually you still need the e-mail send to you. However, instead of clicking the link you have to copy the Authentication Key and enter it into THIS PAGE and doi the captcha

Why doesn't my login work?

This can have multiple reasons. Ensure that the Authentication Key you used is exactly correct. Also be aware that many log in attempts at a time may lead the system to temporaily suspend further attempts. Try copy and pasting the Authentication Code from the e-mail after some time and if you are still encountering issues please reach out to the EU Model Staff.

What should I do to ensure my login is safe?

Never and under no circumstance share your personal Authentication Code or make it publically accessible. Whoever has your code can login as you without restrictions. Instead press the link in the e-mail once and a cookie should keep you securely logged in for the rest of the model, meaning you can keep that code burried deep in your e-mails.

What should I do if someone else got my authentication?

Without any delay talk to the staff about having your code changed.

What should I do if the Captcha is too hard?

I know it is too hard, but unfortuantely there is nothing we can do without paying them. But: using e-mail authentication ommits the need to do the captcha!
