Trackability
1. Union spacecraft operators shall ensure that a spacecraft possesses the technical means to allow trackability and precise determination of the orbital position, in accordance with point 1, of Annex III. Union spacecraft operators shall ensure that systems at the ground segment are able to process data in an existing recognised data format, in accordance with point 2, of Annex III.
2. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, specify the level of precision required for the trackability of spacecraft, as referred to in point 1.1, of Annex III. That implementing act shall be adopted accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 114(2).
